For mission-driven healthcare organizations
Stop running critical operations between spreadsheets and disconnected systems.
Bring fundraising, grants, programs and reporting into one operational view—without replacing every tool your organization already uses.
No patient data required. No commitment to replace your existing systems.
Good morning, Jordan
5 items need attention this week. Start here.
Attention required
3 openTHE GAP
The most time-consuming work lives between your systems.
Each tool does its job. The gaps between them are filled by people: exporting, reconciling, reminding and rebuilding the same report every month.
Systems you already use
- CRM
- Fundraising platform
- Accounting
- Grant tools
- Documents
- Program systems
- Website
What fills the gaps today
- Exports
- Spreadsheets
- Copy and paste
- Manual reminders
- Duplicate data entry
- Manual reporting
Health Impact OS
A visibility and workflow layer. It reads what it needs from your systems, shows what needs attention, and automates the hand-offs.
Your records stay in the systems that own them. Nothing has to be replaced first.
QUICK QUESTION
Where does your team still lose time?
Pick the one that costs you the most hours. We'll show you the relevant part of the demo.
CONNECT BEFORE REPLACING
Start with the workflow that costs you the most time.
Five areas the prototype explores. Pilots usually begin with one or two.
Turn interest into long-term support.
See your campaigns, donors and follow-ups together. Build lasting relationships without building another spreadsheet.
FUNDRAISE WORKFLOW
Concept workflow. Configured around your team's real process during a pilot.
POTENTIAL INTEGRATIONS
Keep the systems
that already work.
An operational layer around your existing technology.
Not a mandate to start over.
Potential integrations, not completed connections. Availability depends on your existing systems and API/access capabilities.
Designed to complement your healthcare systems.
Not replace them.
Our focus is the operational side of mission-driven healthcare: funding, grants, programs, administration and organizational knowledge.
A FEW GOOD QUESTIONS
Clarity starts here.
Have a different question?
Let’s talk about your organization
Is this another CRM?
No. Health Impact OS connects workflows and provides an operational view across the systems you already use. Your current CRM may remain an important part of the system.
Will we need to replace our current software?
Usually not. The goal is to connect useful existing tools rather than rebuild everything from scratch.
Does the platform handle patient medical records?
No. This prototype focuses on non-clinical operations such as fundraising, grants, programs and reporting. Do not enter patient records or medical information.
How is AI used?
AI can assist with approved-information summaries, report drafts, follow-ups and grant checklists. Human review remains important. The public knowledge demo uses scripted fictional responses, not live AI.
Is this a finished commercial product?
No. We are validating the platform with healthcare and nonprofit organizations. Early conversations and pilots will determine which capabilities we build first.
Can it integrate with our existing website?
Website integration may be part of an implementation, depending on your platform, requirements and access capabilities.
Can this support fundraising?
The proposed platform can connect campaign, donor and recurring-giving workflows around established donation and payment systems. Availability will be scoped in each pilot.
Can it help with grants?
Proposed workflows cover opportunity tracking, deadlines, documents, assignments, approvals and reporting obligations, with administrative drafting support.
Your team has a mission to run.
Your systems should make that easier.
In a 20-minute workflow review we look at one process involving fundraising, grants, reporting or operational data, and point out where integration or automation may reduce manual work. No obligation to change your software.
